This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Postveo responsibly. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaching it may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
Overview
Postveo helps you create, schedule, and publish social-media content. To keep the Service safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone, you agree to use it in line with this policy and with the rules of any platform you connect.
Prohibited activities
You must not use Postveo to: break any applicable law or regulation; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; create or distribute content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that sexualises or endangers minors; transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts; send spam or use deceptive engagement tactics; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Compliance with platform rules
When you connect social accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook, or Threads), you must comply with those platforms' terms, community standards, and automation and rate-limit rules. We may restrict features to stay compliant with platform requirements, and you are responsible for the content you publish through connected accounts.
Content standards
Content you generate or publish through Postveo must not impersonate others, must not promote illegal goods or services, and must follow applicable advertising and disclosure rules. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.
Automation and rate limits
Postveo automates scheduling and publishing within limits designed to respect platform rules and protect service stability. You must not try to circumvent these limits, overload the Service, or use scripts or bots to abuse the platform.
Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this policy, we may remove content, throttle or suspend features, or suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice depending on the severity. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give you a chance to address the issue.
Reporting abuse
If you believe content or activity on Postveo violates this policy or your rights, report it to [email protected] with details, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
