Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a Postveo subscription, when refunds apply, and how they are processed. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) through our payment partner, Razorpay.

Overview

Postveo offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually. You can start on the Free plan with no payment card. For paid plans, the terms below set out clear, defined timelines for cancellations and refunds so you always know where you stand.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free tier and we do not charge you again unless you resubscribe.

Refund eligibility

If you are charged for a paid plan, you may request a full refund of that payment within 7 (seven) days of the charge for your first paid billing period. After 7 days, or for any subsequent renewal payment, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds do not cover the value of credits or images already used. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit wallet and need no request.

Free trials

The Free plan is free of charge, so no refund applies. If we offer a promotional trial of a paid plan, you will not be charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends to avoid a charge; once a charge is made, the 7-day refund window above applies.

Pro-rated charges

When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, the change takes effect immediately, we charge a pro-rated amount for the rest of the period, and your credits are topped up to the new tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for downgrades or unused time beyond the 7-day window above.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, email [email protected] from the address on your account with your account details and the reason for the request. We may ask for more information to verify the payment. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay.

Processing time and method

Once approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. How long the amount takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm by email when a refund has been initiated.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly — most issues are sorted within a couple of business days. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account pending investigation. We may contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted, providing transaction records to your bank or to Razorpay.
