Acceptable Use Policy

1Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Postveo to create, schedule, publish or store content that:

1. is unlawful under Indian law, or promotes an unlawful act;
2. infringes copyright, trade marks, design rights or other intellectual property, including uploading logos, images or text you do not have the right to use;
3. impersonates another person or business, or presents an account as belonging to someone it does not;
4. is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or targets a person or group with abuse;
5. incites hatred or violence on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
6. is sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any way;
7. involves goods or services that cannot lawfully be advertised in India, or that require a licence you do not hold — including certain financial products, medicines and medical claims, tobacco, and real-money gaming where restricted;
8. makes misleading claims about a product, price, offer or result, including fabricated testimonials, fake scarcity, or health, earnings or investment guarantees;
9. is spam, or is published at a volume or frequency intended to manipulate a platform;
10. contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to harvest credentials;
11. breaches the terms of any platform Postveo publishes to.

You must also not: attempt to breach or probe the Service’s security; access another user’s account or data; scrape, resell or sublicense the Service; use it to build a competing product; or circumvent plan limits or the credit meter.

2Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend publishing, or suspend or close an account for a breach. For a serious breach — particularly anything involving minors, credentials, or unlawful content — we may act without prior notice and are required to report certain matters to the authorities. Where we suspend an account we will tell you why and how to respond, unless the law prevents us.
